On the Road
The illustrations presented in this exhibition were all created by artist Eruoma Awashish and are taken from a simplified and adapted version of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
The Atikamekw artist gives here his vision of a document which means, in our eyes, a real progress for the recognition and the respect of the rights of the indigenous peoples in all the countries of the world.
We want to contribute to generate an enlightened and constructive dialogue between our nations and fight against racism and discrimination against First Peoples.
